With LED in general, you save 60-80%, depending on the starting point and fixture type - it's that simple.

Our RNS LED Luminaires is specially made for though environments, such as industry and agriculture.

They withstand ammonia, as the LED’s are special-coated and the transformers are “cast” together in silicone.

The luminaires are waterproof, min. IP66, and can therefore be high-pressure cleaned. They also withstand large amounts of dust.

LED normally doesn’t withstand high temperatures, but the aluminum profile makes the luminaire strong and diverts the heat.

RNS Plug´N Play™ cables are all molded together so that they can withstand moisture, ammonia, dust, and salt. Additionally, the plugs are waterproof - IP69K approved and with an O-ring. Most cables are available with rodent protection.

To conclude a series of Plug´N Play™ cables, it is important to install our End Cap (SKU: D0001) to maintain the warranty.

Yes, our RNS Plug´N Play™ system is CE approved and you are allowed to assemble the connectors yourself. A bit like extension cords. It is a system of luminaires with belonging cables. This means you can assemble it all by yourself, with our power plug in the socket. Alternatively, you can mount it all by yourself, but get your local electrician to mount the first cable. It is 3G 1.5mm2 cable and it’s therefore also approved for “fixed installation”. Cables come with and without rodent protection.

The other luminaires are what you call “fixed installation” and must be fitted/installed by an electrician.

The products are developed and designed in Denmark. We collaborate with the biggest and most professional factories in Asia and Europe. We have, among other things, our own office in Southern China, where we have our employees who control the various productions. It is our molds and approvals that are used for self-developed products. This allows us to guarantee uniform quality with the latest technology at a fair price. Additionally, we guarantee that you can get spare parts, plugs, and other components, also in the future.

LED tubes are cheap. However, history has shown that if existing luminaires have been used for max. 5 years in eg. a pig house, then they are usually worn out. Heat along with ammonia and moisture impact makes the tubes fragile and it’s therefore not worth replacing. The luminaires are often leaking and when ammonia penetrates the ordinary LED tubes, it makes the lifetime of the tubes very short. Therefore, it is not a long-term solution, to install new LED tubes in old luminaires.

In addition, the coil in existing neon tube fittings also uses power. In this case, the coil must be disconnected by an electrician.

The quality of LED light is now fully in line with neon tubes – and often better. We apply a “Ra” value of min. 80. Our luminaires are well-protected against EMC (electronic noise) and do not affect antennas or ear scanners, etc. Our luminaires do not flicker and is available with full dimming for eg. poultry without flicker.

The light scattering of LED is often different from other light sources, but you can for compensate by placing the luminaires differently.

However, you cannot completely compare LED light with other light sources. A neon tube has a light scattering of 360 degrees, but since there is no reflectors on stable fittings, the top 180 degrees will not give a useful light – and therefore you can not count as many lumens.

Our luminaires usually scatter 120-180 degrees, which is perfect when the lights are mounted in min. 3 m. height, as well as above the sows’ heads (SowLight).

For buildings with lower ceiling, we recommend our V-luminaire with double LED strips. It has a spread of 300 degrees and gives a lot of light with good light scattering.

We sell directly to the customer, but primarily refer to our resellers, electricians, webshops etc., all over the world.

If ordered before 2pm delivery will happen the following work day in Denmark. Delivery in the rest of Europe is 3-10 working days.

RN Solutions is not accountable for any sold-out items or delays in transport.

All RN Solutions LED luminaires and accessories are CE approved as a minimum. Most of our products also have the “D marking” as well as the demanding CCC labels to China and UL / ETL to North America.

In addition, IES files have been made for light calculation on all of our luminaires.

It is important for us at RN Solutions that our customers receive the best service, which is why we offer a complete DiaLux Light Calculation. The light calculation includes comprehensive documentation, as well as a complete and non-binding offer, so you know exactly what you need.

The light calculation is computed based on the measurements of your building, stable, project, etc. This way, you get the most optimal solution specifically for your needs.

In the accompanying documentation, there will be a description of the fixtures we recommend, as well as how many fixtures/lamps are needed to achieve the most optimal lighting of the area. Here, you will also be able to see the amount of lux, mounting height, maintenance factor, and more.

We offer up to a 5-year full warranty on all our products. For our Plug´N Play™ fixtures, an End Cap must be used to maintain the warranty, preventing moisture, etc., from penetrating the product.
